I joined Accenture as a fresher four years ago and have since progressed to Level 10, with a current base pay of ₹8.4 LPA. I work as a DevOps engineer with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell. Now, I’m looking to switch jobs for better financial stability and career growth. However, I’ve noticed that most recruiters are looking for skills in Docker and Kubernetes, which I haven’t worked with yet. This gap is limiting my job opportunities, and I’m not getting many calls from recruiters. I’d like guidance on how to improve my chances of getting more job opportunities and interviews.

Devops is literally one of the hottest selling cakes. And you're right, docker and kubernetes are something everyone is asking. and I would suggest you to start learning them, since DevOps is literally an ocean of opportunities. My friend was at 15lpa fixed in july 2024. Switched next month and went at 24 fixed in aug. got bored and switched again in may 2025 and now he's at 36 fixed. He's still getting calls and now they are for 45-50 lpa fixed. Sp opportunities are huge. So, why not grab it with both hands?
