Trending @Accenture; Seeking Career Domain/ filed change advice

I am quality/test associate(BBA, Marketing) non tech off campus hire, just completed MBA(HR) online mode from CU, I don't like testing or coding and I want to get in some non technical high paying role, such as consulting or operations etc, but based on my recent research I found for such roles top B candidates are considered, can you suggest on do I get into such good paying non technical roles offcampus way or other roles you can suggest after MBA ( not necessary marketing or HR) could be any possible role after Mba ? I will be soon completing 2 years in testing role
