Seeking Career Advice: Stay in TCS or Move On?

I have completed 1 year in TCS. Throughout this year, I have tried to get a relocation due to anxiety, depression, and stress, but I was unsuccessful. I am currently working on a project in TCS that lacks relevance in the current market. The tools we use are TCS in-house tools, which are not useful in other companies either. Now, I have realized that even if I get a relocation after 1 year, I will still be working on the same project, which is indirectly affecting my career growth and skill development.

I discussed this with my parents, and they advised me to quit the company after completing 1 year. Recently, I cleared all rounds of an interview and was hoping for a selection, but they rejected me after learning about my 3-month notice period.

I want advice from fellow TCSers: Should I quit the company and look for another job, or should I continue working in TCS for another year before seeking other opportunities?

I feel that I haven't learned anything useful in the past year, and the project doesn't have much work. Continuing for another year wouldn't benefit my career. I don't want to stay in my comfort zone for another year.

Please share your opinions.

Few things to consider.. Are you confident enough to put down papers without an in-hand offer?

Do you have financial stability considering the worst case that you may be sitting idle after your 3 months notice is over or incase they release you early?

You are fresher so you have the upper hand. Simply stop working.. Trust me, worst they can do I give a bad rating..

I don't have any loans or any kind of debt in family as well, financial stability is good.
I am not looking for release even if they release me its like wasting time. So planning to quit

My two cents - if you get Spidey-tingle that you are about to get offers, boldly Put down your paper and try again. Reach out to the same company saying that you are serving notice period with lwd.

QUIT....

Brush up hardly for 2 to 3 weeks, Try to give interviews, have a offer in hand and put down papers... During Notice Period, try for more offers and join only mid level company where you can learn more and not a Level 5 companies...

Don't think twice quit and grow. You will get through trust me. I have seen alot of people do well. There were people who quit by breaking bond and moved on to greater companies with barely any new skills to show. It all depends on you. So believe in yourself and do it.

Same situation but I am 3 yoe. I learnt devils from eureka and now I a want to switch company. 90 days notice period is nobody accepting. Even though I am trying to change I am waiting for good chance or else in the month of March or April I will quit no matter what
