Seeking Career Advice: ICICI Bank vs Startup Offer

Hi Guys, I’m currently working as a Trade Desk Officer at ICICI Bank, earning a fixed 5.07 LPA. I recently received an offer from an early-stage service-based startup, but I have concerns about its long-term stability. My academic background includes a B.Sc. and a PG diploma in Banking from Manipal. Given these factors, would you recommend staying in my stable banking role or exploring the startup opportunity? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
