Seeking career advice

I started my career in 2023, nearly 1 year wasted in the project bench, and 6 more months in operations role (irrelavant to my skills, where I did nothing, and didn't have any scope to understand the business), and I am unable to get release from the project.

My skill set is - pytorch (deep learning, neural networks for image datasets - classifications), data science (scikit learn library), pandas, numpy, matplotlib, working with gemini api, RAG implementation (chromaDB for local, Qdrant for cloud), Azure ADI (POC project).

My current project is soo worthless and useless for career improvement, while my skills still look like a student's work.

Can anyone guide me for a better role, or suggest skills which can make me industry ready towards Deep Learning and Gen AI.
