I am working as a senior business analyst since 2023 post MBA from tier 2 college. Prior to MBA I have worked in marketing which encompasses digital marketing, affiliate marketing, vendor management and a little bit of frontend.

I could see the logical career progression BAs is to either get into product management or program management (strategy side) or consulting. Since I am working with data engineers and my work is mostly gathering requirements, coordinating, managing change requests, documenting processes, conducting workshops. I have decent knowledge on the Azure environment but do not understand the heavily technical part.

Would really appreciate your thoughts on how do I move forward. What skills should I acquire or which role should I aim for.
