Seeking Advice: Should i Consider PwC Associate 2 Offer?

I’m currently working at EY GDS in Kerala as an Analyst 3, with a current fixed CTC of around ₹7.5L per year. I’ve received an offer from PwC Bangalore for an Associate 2 role with a fixed CTC of around ₹9.7L. I would like to explore more opportunities. But wanted to know if its worthy to accept this offer since it requires relocation to banglore.
