Seeking advice regarding Resignation and Band, Compensation letter release
If I resign now in this week, will I still receive my band and compensation letter, or will they not be released? Looking forward to insights from those who have experienced a similar situation. Thank you!
Your band has already been decided this year. If you resign or not it will be released.

Also, it depends on your current CTC. I heard they are bringing a lot of changes in place. If you are incurring high Cost to the Company you would be seen as a liability and prolly lose out on the Band as well as Increment. They can change the Band as they deem fit. So you would be playing with Fire.
I remember a Colleague losing out on a Band cause of rumours they are putting papers. So yeah be very careful cause if your goal is to leverage the band and new offer letter then wait for it to be released and official before putting in paper.
