Seeking Advice: Onsite Opportunity Uncertain

I’ve recently completed my visa process and was expecting to travel onsite. However, my manager has not yet confirmed or initiated the travel plans, and it seems uncertain at this point.

I’m at a crossroads and would appreciate your thoughts—should I wait patiently for the onsite opportunity to materialize, or consider exploring job opportunities elsewhere?
