Seeking Advice on Upskilling for Better Offers in Regulatory Reporting

Hello everyone! I’ve been working as a Senior Associate in regulatory reporting for two years and am looking to take my career to the next level. I’m considering learning Python or pursuing an FRM certification (or both!) to broaden my skill set and open up better opportunities.

What would you recommend? Has anyone here found Python especially helpful in this domain, or seen real benefits from getting an FRM? Any advice on resources, course recommendations, or personal experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance for sharing your insights!
