I have 7 years of experience in middleware administration (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, SSL) and a current CTC of 11 LPA. I’m exploring ways to increase my salary within Capgemini and would appreciate your insights:

1. What is the market value for my skills and experience?

2. How much of a hike is realistic for internal negotiations at Capgemini?

3. Is a counteroffer an effective strategy, or are there better approaches?
