Trending @HCL; Seeking Advice on Project Release

Hi everyone, I’ve been working on a project for three and a half years, and I’m starting to feel bored with it. I also don’t see much growth opportunities in my current role, so I want to switch to a new project. There are two projects interested in onboarding me, but I’m unsure of the best way to get released from my current project, where I’m still considered a key resource. Could you please share your suggestions? Thanks!
