Seeking advice on monthly rates as a freelance designer
Hey folks,
After 7 years as a Graphic Designer, I've spent the last 3 years in the realm of Product Design. I'm currently working as a freelancer, helping an established startup build a mobile application from scratch.
What would you recommend as a fair monthly rate for someone with my background and expertise?

If you are working employee don’t charge less than 50% of your monthly salary.
Also depends upon the clients.
My friends charge 2x of their current salary as these are short term projects
