I am a Frontend Developer with 3.5 years of experience, currently working remotely with a product-based client (product- BGV) through Eteam. The role offers great learning opportunities with the latest tech stack (React, Node.js), but it's a contract-based position on third-party payroll.

Should I consider switching jobs, and if so, what CTC should I expect?
