Trending @Capgemini; Seeking Advice on Internal Project Transition Process

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working in a project where most of the responsibility ends up coming to me because other team members often remain unresponsive or log out without completing tasks. Even when I raise this concern, the expectation is simply that the work should get done.

This situation has been mentally exhausting, and it’s starting to affect my well-being. However, my company policy says employees should stay in the same project for at least 18 months.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? What options are realistically available to move out of such a project earlier?

Would really appreciate any advice or experiences.
