Seeking advice on career path in Generative Al

I'm currently working as an Al Engineer which is a fancy term that says "a dev with experience in wrapping sass apps with Al".

I have 3+ years of experience in this role, most of my projects had to do something with building solutions based on RAG, multimodal models and NLP pipelines. I never had the opportunity to work with basic ML models. While I work primarily using python, I'm moderately good in SQL.

I have a strong grip on using LangChain and other frameworks like Autogen and CrewAl. I'm currently working on an automation solution using multi-agent system, I've primarily worked on building and deploying solutions on Azure.

I'm now exploring my next career move, ideally in roles that allow me to get a higher TC as well as a good learning curve. What should I do? I've given 2-3 interviews and most of their expectations doesn't make sense to me, few wanted my experience along with someone who can mentor, while others were looking for a full stack dev who has in-depth knowledge in Al landscape. How do I get a good offer amid all this and on top of everything there is this 90 days NP.

Please advice, would appreciate some tough-love feedback as well.
