I recently received an offer from Infosys with a package of 11.5 LPA, while my current CTC at TCS is 4.2 LPA. Considering career growth, learning opportunities, and work-life balance, I’m at a crossroads on whether to make the switch or continue at TCS.

I think from a monetary standpoint you should switch but from rest other parameter it varies from project to project and manager to manager

Career growth, learning opportunities - you'll have learning opportunities and trainings for which your manager can nominate you, infosys also asks to be AI ready and asks us to do some mandatory courses on AI.
Check the project before joining, if it is a good one join infy happily with the hike you are getting.
