Seeking advice and refferals

I work as market research analyst in the healthcare domain, however last year I made a switch in a firm where we do projects across domains but the new company has very poor quality projects and is currently has extremely absurd target very poor quality projects(if any at all) and now I’m fed up to a point where I really wanna switch but now I’m really confused whether I should switch to a life science/healthcare focused companies or should I go on to generalist role
