I joined Accenture in July 2023. I got streaming training in SAP ABAP. The first six months have gone into the training period itself. After completion of stream training in SAP ABAP. Then I got a support project related to SAP there was nothing to learn new things unfortunately I fell into the trap without knowing about the support project. So I like work projects related to Python, data visualization and data analysis but my roll-off period is till 2024. Kindly anyone give me suggestions regarding my situation?
In my opinion start applying for other jobs and parallely do SAP ABAP courses from percipio etc.
Do minimal work and practice on switch and in your resume don't mention that it was your Support Project.....

Dear @Suriaudi as per my experience for initial days of carrier support project helps you to understand the business process and due to support project you boost your confidence In ABAP. In Accenture have too much work pressure on SAP implementation Project. It's good to you have first support project for exploring your skills after 18 months you can try for development project till you will have command on your technology.

They will extend your roll-off period as well
My roll off period is till Feb 2025 and I want leave project On that particular roll off year so do I need to get permission for that or I will be automatically get roll off from project I want to change my tech. Please tell me
I mean still 2024 December. Shall I switch to any other project?
