I saw a new section CTC Recovery. They deducted Rs. 4 for it. Any idea what that is ?

You see fixed pay / 12 months is going to give something less/more after round off. So it is adjusted year end

That is part of your total CTC. They never pay the full exact amount monthly, if you calculate you are actually getting somewhat less/more than you should get every month.

So that difference is accumulated and paid/deducted at the end of FY. I.e month of March.
