Security team at Adobe India Bangalore

I am discussing with Adobe on an opening for "senior computer scientist (security)" role. They have not come back with numbers but they are deciding between p40 and p50 since I have 10.5 years of total experience. Any pointers on which role to to push for anthe salary range in India Bangalore to ask for? What all are the salary components?
