Security incident

My colleague was having issues with her access to ODC so when she asked, i gave her my ID card, i wasn't in my right mind when I was doing it, i was in the mind that she was using the washroom, but she had to go outside of the building and get caught... Now a case was filed against me for breaching the tata code of conduct, im pretty sure im fired... The final hearing is tomorrow... But I don't want to lose my career, will this reflect in my relieving letter? What's the difference between termination and me resigning.... Will they give me an option to resign?

Pleade guilty in your hearing . Accept the mistake and tell them all you thought she will.hp to washroom and come back or kind of what happened exactly.

It's possible that panel leaves you with warning.

Good thing is she was not trying to get inside building from outside rather going outside which may work in your favour

I hope your colleague is also facing action not just you. I believe it will be a termination depending on your YOE and other factors
