Can you mention more like AM or PM your asking. Shift 1: before 6AM login --250 Shift 2: if you work for 4 hours after 10pm --40 Shift 3: you need to work till 11pm or 11:30pm--250 This is for JL3 and 4. Also it depends on the project you're working in

It all depends on the project, if NSA is budgeted with the client , no one will have any problem with the shifts.
