Second hand car purchase help

A few questions as a first time car buyer(second hand). Location: kerala,Alappuzha

  1. Where to buy a good car( budget below 8). I can see many sites like cars24 ,olx, spinny etc where some provide many inspections and all but then videos surface of troubles of people then had the car delivered with all these inspections and then the next day they were stranded on the road.
  2. Also regarding the petrol norms of e20 and upgrading it to e27 in the near future, and diesel having a very bleak future( as seen by the 10 year ban of vehicles in Delhi) how should I consider buying the vehicles( year wise) or in case i get some old car what will be the procedure of fuel.

These are my top burning questions.. any help will be appreciated.

Finding a second hand car today won't be a good idea due to E20 fuel

With 8L budget you can go for new car. Don't waste in second hand cars as condition is un predictable. Don't be afraid of damaging new car. Anything may happen to either new or old depending on your time.

If you want 2nd hand go for brand pre-owned !!!! There are authentic dealers like Mahindra First Choice, Hyundai Preowned and Maruti Suzuki True Value or go for vehicles which are seized by finance .

Never go for cars24, spinny etc., or olx, quikr for 2nd hand car.

But buying a new car is better as E20 Compatibility issue will be there for 2nd hand car.

Try to buy first hand itself. If you are new learner, can understand the thought process of buying 2 nd car. But trust me buying first car always worth even you are new leaner.

Try to find someone genuine who wants to sell their car directly, and avoid dealers. Many second-hand car dealers run scams. For example, I once sold my car to a second-hand dealer - it had actually been driven 70,000 km, but he listed it in an ad as only 30,000 km. They even remove good parts from the car and sell it and fit low quality faulty parts in the car.

Go for a new car buddy, first car so don't let that ruin your experience. Go for a hatchback.

As a new/inexperienced rider a bit scared with handling a new car. So I was looking for it.
