Trending @Wipro; Searching for Purpose Beyond the Cubicle
I'm an engineer here, and lately I've been struggling with question: What's the meaning of life? I'm paid okay, but then again I don't want to live from one paycheck to next.
Some days I wonder if I'm making any real impact on the world. Are the projects I work on actually improving people's lives? Or am I just another cog in the corporate machine?
I'm curious how others, especially those in tech who're in their mid 30s, have found purpose and fulfillment. Have you discovered meaning through your work? Or have you found it outside your 9-to-5 in hobbies, relationships, or personal projects?
Sometimes I think about switching careers to something more "meaningful"
I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences. What gives your life meaning beyond the paycheck?

These thoughts came to my mind also. There is no "fit for all" template . Personally I was able to get out of this situation by pursuing my hobbies outside of work .I started reading books which I used to do earlier .Started learning guitar which was my old dream. Playing indoor games like carrom cards etc .Started during meditation on daily basis .I also love the work I do and also started joining technical forums outside of work .Two books which I read recently have helped me a lot ."Eat your Frog" by Brian Tracy and "The subtle art of not giving a f**k" by Mark Manson
