Trending @Infosys; SE to SSE Timeline
Currently, I am a Systems Engineer (SE). I completed two years at Infosys in November 2024. When can I expect a progression to Senior Systems Engineer (SSE)? Also, will there be a salary hike associated with the progression or due to ratings? I haven’t got ratings yet.

Generally you have to stay in SE for 18 months after that you will be eligible for progression, it will be completed based on manager and slots availablity. As this is a progression you won't get any hike.

I got promoted to SSE after exactly 2 years and there was no salary hike. And again after 6 months salary revised from 3.9lpa to 4.2lpa.
