Trending @Infosys; SE to SSE in EdgeVerve

I completed my 2 years in EdgeVerve (fully owned subsidiary of infosys), still my role was not changed to senior systems Engineer(SSE) from systems Engineer(SE), when I can expect?

Its not happening buddy i myself in the same position 🥲, no promotion and no hikes and there are lot more ppl like us...This company doesn't have any systematic plans and they don't even follow the rules....
