I completed 1 year in infosys this month with job role as System engineer with non-engineering background .Am I eligible for Senior System Role? Or do I need to wait for one year ( as for engineering background it takes 2 years to progress from SE to SSE : 1 year for confirmation and another 1 year for role maturity)

If someone is telling you about the role maturity then ask him for the documentation.
