SDR Salary Discussion !

Hi guys,please do let me know what could be the salary expectations for an SDR working from 2yrs.in SaaS(Total 3 yrs.of exp.in sales) I should go for a bdr role in India based startup or whts the suggestions? Also if possible let me know your thoughts about companies of gurgaon vs bangalore
