SDM role within the same account.

Friends, I am the core technical guy and my current organisation offers me a role of SDM. Should I take this opportunity? In my SDM role i need to governance on technologies ( Cloud, Network Security, Okta,ZTNA etc).

From TCS can anyone help me to know how much workload we have as a role of SDM? So accordingly i will make a decision.

Note:- I need to spend a good time with my kids on his studies.
