SDET salary range for 3.4yrs in market

I have 3.4 years of experience in QA Automation (SDET)domain, and my current CTC is 11 LPA. I’m exploring new opportunities and most companies are offering around 12 LPA.

I wanted to understand the current market range for SDET roles — is 12 LPA fair for my experience, or can I reasonably expect and negotiate up to 15 LPA? Would 15 LPA be considered a valid counteroffer in today’s market?
