SDE roles in Mumbai

Trying to switch with 7 YOE and don’t see any good opportunities or tech companies in Mumbai. Why is Mumbai not good for SDE roles? Is Dream 11 and the investment banks like JPMC/MS/Blackrock the only options here? Do i need to change my career if i need to stay here?

Well same issue for me, 7+ yrs experience, trying to find good opportunities but apart from these companies and few service based unable to find any relevant openings related to skills

Yup you said it right. The company you are working in and dream11 and some more. That's it it's not like Pune or Bangalore bro. Mumbai is not a tech first city it's finance first city that's why money and banks are there a lot. Also property is expensive here to setup offices
