SDE/PMs/QAs/Data folks what guidance/mentorship do you need to get ahead?
(feel free to drop in your suggestion, which is not part of the options, in the thread)
From a voluntary perspective I am working to organize an offline meetup kind of a workshop with idea to help tech folks with the backgrounds mentioned above in their careers. The meetup details are closed so won't be able to share it. However any response from the community will help tailor the objectives of the meetup and preparation points for the speakers.
Also, the speakers will be 2-3 seasoned folks from the industry with heavy experience of having solved these problems themselves in the past. And we expect beneficiary participants in 10-20. Your input is requested and I don't have anything to give in return for this but I hope you get the good karma for participating 🙏

A clear path of skills needed and expectations would help. Currently there is no visibility how to move forward and what is expected.
