SDE at Siemens | 6.5 YOE | 19 LPA | Is my hike fair?

I’m working as an SDE at Siemens with 6.5 YOE. Current package is 19 LPA. Despite the tough IT market, I received an 11% hike along with 1 month salary as bonus. Do you think this is decent, or should I start exploring outside opportunities?
