SDE 2 with 2.5yoe, Planning to switch

Hi all,

I am a SDE 2 with 2.5 yoe working a Fintech product based company. I am planning to switch to a core tech company but struggling to find openings as I only got 2.5 yoe. I am primarily a backend developer with my tech stack being java springboot. Im proficient in AWS as well and got some exposure in frontech as well. im based out of Hyderabad and looking for oppurtunities within Hyd.

I would really appreciate any suggestions on how can I attract more calls from recruiters or it will be really great if you got any leads for me.
