Is anyone here currently working at or has recently worked at Kredivo? I’ve received an offer with a CTC of 20 LPA fixed + 3.33 LPA variable + $15000 ESOPs. I’m trying to understand more about the company culture, work-life balance, and whether this compensation is fair for a Senior iOS Engineer. Would appreciate any insights!
