SDE 2 in India or SDE 2 in Seattle US?

I am considering a move to Seattle to explore the city and potentially start afresh. I currently holds the position of Software Development Engineer SDE 2 in Amazon India and if I transitions to Amazon Seattle, I would again assume the role of SD Two. I am bit unsure whether this move would be beneficial for me. Should we opt for staying in India as an SDE 2 or relocating to Seattle as an SD?
