SDC Non compliant
I keep getting mails from HR that I am SDC no complaint, though I have added it . And endorse still pending, but why they are sending mails that'su SDC is non compliant.
Can someone explain what is SDC?
SDC is supervisor declared competency. Your line manager has to approve at least 1 competency you have added for the cycle. Until then it will show as NC
You should be overall ADC compliant, to be eligible for appraisal and other things. This is the reason they are pushing for it
Adc non compliant maybe due to 4 reasons, go into ievolve home page and click the third box, the page will load in that go down a little bit you will see 4 parameters for adc compliance. Most probably your manager competency updation must have become non compliant.. Although, check first if it is the case then ask ur manager to update it from his end.
