SDC Endorsement Pending

I got a mail from HR saying “Your SDC endorsement is still pending, connect with your appraiser and get the same done asap else it would be considered as no band case” . I connected with my appraiser (My Manager) and he said he doesn’t know anything about it as he is new to TCS. How can I check i am SDC endorsed or compliance? Anyone received the same mail from HR and did this recently? Please suggest
