SD2/SDE3 Job Roles
I am currently an SDE3 working in Japan, in the past 6 months I have moved from SDE1 to 3. I am planning on moving back to India in the next year, can someone list their job roles as an SDE2 or SDE3. I personally think that there is a big gap of skills between the engineers working in these 2 countries (Indian engineers are better in terms of skills whereas Japanese are really organised). So I want to know where I lack so that I can prepare accordingly.

Any reason for moving back?
Multiple, India is home, growth in India seems better than it is in other countries.
My plan was to move to India after becoming a PM in Japan but I also want to experience how PMs/management in India is (I am aware that it differs from an organisation to another) so that I can grow better.

Not in my experience, they haven't really racially discriminated against me so far.
