Scrum master salary expectation
Hello Everyone,
I’m seeking some guidance from the group regarding compensation expectations for a Scrum Master role. Here are my details for context:
Current Role & Package: Working at TCS for the last 5 years, with a current package of 11 LPA.
Experience: 8 years of overall professional experience.
Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
I would really appreciate it if you could suggest what package I should ideally aim for when applying for Scrum Master opportunities in the current market.
Yeah, it can debated whether the role is redundant or not. when the team is small, scum master is not required when they are working in agile way since 3-4 years already but when when team is large the role is necessary.
Scrummaster is a redundant role Sirji.....
