What sorts of questions do they ask in the screening round? And if passed, what’s the time gap between scheduling next round of interview?

I had a call with someone there. Their global team had a screening call with me. Although, I didn't think they had a pattern or an agenda to how the interview went. They also did not give a proper reason for rejection and it was done over email. Not sure if this is the case with everyone

Just basic stuff - what’s the motivation to join, past experiences - afaik they usually reject anyone in screening- evaluation begins after the business case round
