Scope after masters

I have just completed my bachelor's in the field of bcom hons and thinking of appearing for CAT for MBA but I don't think I might be able to crack that so I have taken some foreign universities as my backup plan. I just want to do masters from abroad and come back to India after gaining max 1 year of work experience.can I be able to get a good placement in india??
