Trending @Infosys; Scn for Non compliance of WFO
Has anybody received scn from BPHR for non compliance of 10 days office policy ?
And what should be done in that case as I was in my home town and didn't come to the office even once in the last 3months.
Many have started receiving it. Infy is tightening the screws. In some places now addition wfh need DM approval which will be hard to come by. Mots people are seeing hours to day conversion in wfh app. So start coming if you need this job!! Else do what you want and let us know how serious is infy about this wfh. They can simply end it one slash by just removing the exception process but they still have not done it.

Did you get tht wfo mail nd attendance change to dats?
Was ur WFH changed in system ?like hours to days? Which unit?
Did u receive scn , or do u think u will receive it in coming days ?
