Wanted to switch internally from BPO to IT , completed Software Testing (Manual / Automation) certification..

What are the steps I should follow to get the Automation Testing project in TCS ..

Is this good idea to switch internally to get hands on experience on Automation Testing , what are the chances of getting the opportunity ..
