I worked with SCB from a different company It was a very nice experience. There is no client resource and contactor differentiation.

It is general shift.

Once you log out don't lift anyone's call unless you promised to work on that time. That is what scb direct employees also follow.

For BA and QA, it is a good learning path. But for dev, it is waste of time
