Scary situations ahead @TCS

My account people have asked us for time spent on work (honest and justifiable) in excel and maybe we will need to work in other project (within account) at the same time.. (or maybe even release from project?)

We are Non billable upto now(non tnm), tnm is billable project activities (provide hrs with justification to client and they give money)

dont give a clear honest picture... things will work against you.

Remember for any amount of work one should give the estimate as 4 times, to the customer /management ... just taught you an important skill of project managemsnf
