Scared of reliving and experience letter
Currently working in a mnc.My work place is extremely toxic.My manager threatened to fire me stating I have performance issues.I resigned still have 2 months notice period serve.
I haven't received any escalation or negative remarks in past.
My concern is will I get a clean reliving letter or experience letter?

Why are you so worried! Usually in large MNCs, all these processes go in a completely procedural way, can’t be played with. In this case, since you resigned, rather than they terminating or putting you on PIP etc, you have nothing to worry. First action of intent to leave, is from your side, so you have an upper hand, just in case they play dirty (which I am sure they won’t).
Also, you should not bother much about work now. Spend less time in work, or max 8 hrs. If you are not able to finish assigned task and they ask about it, just give some polite diplomatic reply, something like “yeah it is taking a bit more time, but I am trying my best”.
Focus on your interviews. Once in notice period, it is organisation’s fault that they force people to stay with them, so don’t work at full potential, just be polite and don’t argue, but no need to work full potential.
And usually, no manager will spend so much of energy trying to spoil anyone’s career. But just in case, someone is extremely toxic and vindictive, you too can go prepared when you talk to the manager and when he is likely to use such threatening words again

My mental health is down the drain,I have been working 12-14 hrs sometimes on weekends as well. Also I was mentally harassed by the manager in stand ups and in mettings by cross questioning etc.
My mom started crying by seeing the state I was in. I was pissed when he finally threatened to fire me.
All i seek now is a clean exit.
Even though I have interviews lined up from ebay, google, samsung etc. I never really got time nor had life to study
You still have two months, focus on your learning and those lined up interviews because that’s impressive that you cleared samsung written test.
