Scared before Q1 results

Guys I am very scared of what's coming to us tomorrow !!! Layoffs ? Hike deferral ? Any new other strict policy ?

TCS thought it will lead, but things are hard.

  • Layoff - PPL who are on bench for more time, already started.
  • Hike deferral - they will do till nov as there is uncertainty for tcs as a company.
  • They have to take a look at mid level it companies before they come with new policy. Mid level companies are doing very well & more adaptive.
