Scam or not?

I got a call saying that they're hiring for turing, they sent me a mail and it was from a hr company in bangalore. They want me to send my resume, and some answers to a list of questions. Anyone with similar experience?

They said they got my number from naukri. And are offering 20lpa for 3yrs exp.
